Choco Chaga Pudding - 3/17 Newsletter

I know, I know! It's been forever since I posted a recipe...

Classic Raw Vegan Chocolate-Vanilla Pudding Parfait

I've published several pudding/mousse variations, but here is the BASIC recipe which can be modified in so many ways. Don't like cashews? Add more coconut meat and chia seeds. Dislike chocolate? Add frozen fruit and/or extracts. Instead of Vanilla Pudding, add caramel, butterscotch or rum extracts. Instead of Chocolate Pudding, add hazelnut, almond, or coffee extracts.

Mexican Style Celery Root Chowder - February 2014 Newsletter

LOVE this quick and easy chowder. Creamy, thick, rich, flavorful, dairy free...and totally delicious! I've served this to many non-raw foodies, and all were in awe of the texture and richness of  flavor. Everyone swore the soup was loaded with cream..WELL, it is - cashew cream!

Banana Nut Flatbread - January 2014 Newsletter

I've made quite a few flatbreads over the years, but to date, this is my all time favorite. It's so tasty, that you don't need to put anything on it. However, add some nut butter or raw cheese and sliced apples, for a really special treat! These are great for any road trip, and I plan on taking them with me to the Living Raw Expo in LA!
